New Normal: Safe Exercise – 15 October 2020

Here are some safe exercise measures if you’re heading out today!

Note: Before starting on any workout it is important to prepare your body (warm-up), be aware of your health condition (e.g. pre-existing injuries, hypertension) and take care not to overexert yourself.

 


New Normal: Safe Exercise

  • Up to 5 people per group No mixing between groups Groups must keep 3 metres apart
  • Wear a mask unless doing strenuous exercises
  • Keep 2 metres apart while exercising
  • Sanitise hands before and after touching common surfaces

If you are sick:

  • Wear a surgical mask
  • See a doctor
  • Stay at home
  • DON’T doctor-hop

See a doctor early if you have mild flu-like symptoms
