Here are some safe exercise measures if you’re heading out today!

Note: Before starting on any workout it is important to prepare your body (warm-up), be aware of your health condition (e.g. pre-existing injuries, hypertension) and take care not to overexert yourself.

  • Up to 8 people per group No mixing between groups
  • AVOID crowded parks. Check safedistparks.nparks.gov.sg
  • Wear a mask unless doing strenuous exercises
  • Keep 2 metres apart for intense activities
  • Sanitise hands before and after touching common surface

Use TraceTogether App or Token
Replace your Token at any Community Centre/Club if it is out of battery


If you are sick or have mild flu-like symptoms

  • Wear a surgical mask
  • See a doctor immediately
  • Stay at home
  • DON’T doctor-hop
