Register for the WSH e-Forum for Logistics and Transport Sector 2020 

 

The Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Council will be organising its first WSH e-Forum for the Logistics and Transport Sector on 1 September 2020 (Tuesday). Themed “WSH amidst COVID-19”, this e-Forum aims to remind the industry of the importance of upholding WSH in the midst of managing the pandemic situation. Learn how Automated Mobile Robots can help in implementing Safe Management Measures (SMM) and improving WSH at your workplace. Also, hear from our speaker from the Ministry of Manpower on some of the common contraventions identified during its SMM inspections. From this e-Forum, you can learn more  about how a healthier you is a safer you at the workplace.

Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Programmes featured on GoBusiness Gov Assist

 

GoBusiness Gov Assist provides a range of assistance schemes to help businesses grow and succeed. It has included a list of government assistance programmes to help businesses tide through COVID-19. These schemes range from tax incentives to loans and grants to support their business. Workshops

Solar Energy Systems for Built Environment Professionals 

 
Through this course, participants will be able to assess potential areas for solar PV deployment in the built environment, perform financial calculations for payback and net present value for solar PV projects, and describe how renewable energy credits can be utilised for sustainable buildings. They will also be familiarised with regulatory requirements for solar PV deployment.

Design of Fall Protection Systems Based on SS607:2015 and SS EN 13374:2018

 
This course aims to equip learners with the knowledge and skills to design and verify common fall protection systems, including vertical and horizontal lifelines and temporary edge protection, in accordance to SS607:2015 and SS EN 13374:2018.
