On 11^th Jan 2023, Aver Asia participated in Workplace Safety and Health & Sustainability Awareness Day at Institute of Technical Education College West. Rental equipment plays a huge role in WSH and sustainability awareness which involves the safety of the equipment operators.

Hence, Aver Asia grab this opportunity by participating this event to outreach a safer work at height experience from using safe work at height equipment such as Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (MEWPs). MEWPs are a safer option to reach working positions at height.

     

During the event, Aver Asia demonstrated the capabilities of different type of Electric MEWPs such as vertical personal platform, scissor lift, and articulated boom lift. Students were able to ride on the MEWP to experience the equipment and safety precautions were in place to ensure safe work at height. 

Aver Asia has successfully utilised this opportunity and turn this event as the pinnacle showcase of this event by promoting interest and knowledge for the students. Students are able to imprint this knowledge that safe use of MEWPs is important to protect the operator’s safety and others around him.
